I have two vehicles being repaired at Shelton's Auto Masters. Rick contacted me right away and I explained my car situation. Brian came that day and towed both cars to their garage. Tim handled my paperwork, and walked me through the service. It was a great place to get my cars fixed. The results were were carefully planned and executed by skilled tradesman.

Our experience with Shelton and his team was extraordinary. We took our vehicle in for repairs. After determining that the vehicle would cost more to repair than it was worth Shelton worked hard on getting us a vehicle that was truly more than we could have asked for. He also volunteered his own time when our grandson had his vehicle stolen and recovered but was not running well. We are so thankful to have found Shelton. Hard to find a car business that has Integrity, Honesty and over the top service these days......and Sheltons Auto Masters really has it.
My sisters car had a huge Jacaranda tree fall on top of it. The insurance said it was totaled.
Brian and his crew at Shelton's Auto Masters repaired it to like new condition.
I've never seen anything like it. They even put in a new headliner, New paint, super clean, ......Its just like a new car now. My sister loves it.

Brian is by far the best mechanic on Maui that I have met. He did a great job on our 2002 Lexus that had the front in smashed in from a collision. At Brian's shop I felt good and confident that our car is in good hands. He works very well with people and there situations. Thank you Brian! I will definately bring any car I have that needs mechanic or body work done to Sheltons Auto Masters.

Brian Shelton and the team at Shelton’s are fantastic. They really know what they are doing. I needed my car repaired on a very tight timeline. For most shops the type of repair and short timeline would have been impossible. Brain knew my time restrictions and made it happen. I know they put in some long hours to get it done. The quality did not suffer at all due to the tight time frame. In fact, the quality of the work was top notch. These guys are pros and as a bonus very friendly and really make you feel valued as a customer.

After a tourist collided with my new Tacoma pickup, Sheltons helped me out with a comprehensive estimate and interfaced with the insurance company to protect my interests. Brian Shelton personally advised on all aspects of the claim and repair process. Excellent quality repair work and outstanding customer service. You can't do better on Maui.

Not only did he take the extra time to diagnose and repair a small fix on the spot, he also offered additional repair recommendations for improving the performance of my cooling system. Brian is very honest, knowledgeable and professional, he’s been in this business for so long now. He is very accommodating and a good person. I brought im my Honda accord for a paint job, had a tiny dent too, they found more scratches on my front and rear bumper and they took care of everything with no additional fee! They did an amazing paint job and on time too! Made sure everything is in good shape before they let me drive off the shop! Overall 10/10
